Organization: International Institute of St. Louis Job Title: Immigration Attorney Location: St. Louis, MO, USA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000 - $92,400 per year Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, pension benefits, paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit immigration applications for various benefits such as family reunification, temporary protected status, asylum, and more. - Represent clients before . Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. - Make appropriate referrals to other service providers and community partners. - Develop revenue-generating business through outreach, trainings, and networking activities. - Maintain bar membership through continuing legal education. - Perform other duties as assigned.
