Salary: $90,000 - $92,400 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit immigration applications for various benefits such as family reunification, temporary protected status, asylum, and more.
- Represent clients before . Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
- Make appropriate referrals to other service providers and community partners.
- Develop revenue-generating business through outreach, trainings, and networking activities.
- Maintain bar membership through continuing legal education.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate.
- Admittance to a State Bar.
- 1 year of experience in immigration law preferred.
- Ability to handle a large caseload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong writing and intercultural communication abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong legal analysis and written and oral advocacy skills.
- Passion for immigration law and demonstrated support of the organization's values.
- Flexibility for occasional evening and community-based work.
