Fort Myers office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks premises liability associate attorney with preferably 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will work closely with the talented attorneys providing support before, during, and after trials. Will provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys. Maintain client relationships. Prepare legal reports and documents. Interaction with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers. Licensed and in good standing with Bar Association. Strong interest in Personal Injury Law desired.
