Duties:

• Counsel clients on renewables projects, focusing on facilities operations and power purchase agreements.
• Provide legal advice and representation in litigation matters related to renewables.
• Handle disputes and negotiations involving wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
• Advise clients on smart grid and energy storage, as well as energy efficiency and demand-side management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions related to litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Robust experience in renewables to complement the firm's energy practice.
• Portable book of business.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the Bar.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of renewable projects, including wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
