The candidate will be working on a diverse and enviable caseload including commercial contract disputes and high-value ultra-complex financial services regulatory matters. Will be joining a highly expert team, deploying in-depth knowledge and sound legal service of the highest quality. Other duties : Managing your own caseload; Handling files from pre-action to conclusion; Drafting routine correspondence and pleadings; Attending trial; Attendance upon clients, counsel and Dispute resolution. Will act as an ambassador for the firm and present a professional image at all times and treat clients and colleagues fairly and with respect, value the diversity of others and work proactively to overcome communication also be requested to carry out other non-specific duties commensurate with the post. Must have LPC commendation or distinction. Should have ability to appear in lower courts for CMCs and CCMCs. Must have 3 years PQE with litigation experience.
