The **** is seeking a full-time Assistant General Counsel to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers a salary of up to $85,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including a hybrid work model after the training period. As the Assistant General Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing legal activities related to employee complaints, enforcement of agency rules, and providing legal guidance to agency directors and staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal activities related to employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and appeals

- Provide legal guidance to agency directors and staff on internal complaints and operational rules
- Prepare and present legal documents and pleadings, including appeals and motions
- Represent the agency in administrative hearings and trial litigation
- Mentor and oversee lower-level staff and projects
- Provide legal assistance for drafting, adoption, and promulgation of rules
- Represent the agency in litigation as assigned by the General Counsel

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
- Active membership of the Oklahoma Bar Association
- 2 years of legal experience for Level II, 5 years for Level III
- Must abide by the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct
