Junior Associate – Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT)
The candidates will work closely with other TMT team members within the firm and other member firms of the Rajah & Tann Network to deliver TMT and Personal Data related contractual, regulatory, corporate and advisory services to a wide range of clientele. Experience and interest in the area of TMT are preferred. Should preferably have a keen interest in the developments within the technology industry. Experience in corporate and commercial law is an advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Must be proactive and detail-oriented. Must have initiative, integrity, and resourcefulness and be able to interact with individuals at all levels with a high degree of professionalism.
