# Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Private Client Services ## Job Overview **** is looking for a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) team in Los Angeles or Irvine. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients. You will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance accounts for Private Equity Funds and identifying key tax technical issues. ## Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for clients * Work on key client issues in domestic federal, international and state and local taxation * Implement tax strategies that align with the client's business objectives * Oversee tax compliance accounts for Private Equity Funds * Review partnership book/tax allocations including incentive fee re-allocation, side pocket, transfer partnership interest, fill up/down etc. * Analyze trading reports for tax character and book tax differences * Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients * Identify key tax technical issues and raise the appropriate questions ## Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and a minimum of 8 years of related work experience * CPA license or a licensed Attorney is required * A minimum of 7 years of relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or the financial services industry * Familiarity with the financial services industry gained through direct involvement with managed investment vehicles * Broad exposure to federal income taxation and some exposure to state and local tax * Excellent managerial, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills * Demonstrated business development skills ## Salary Range The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $114,700 to $261,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $137,600 to $297,600.
