Consider giving bonuses to people that are doing a good job to make up for the low pay compared to other firms.
This was not my first choice of work and still isn't but I am happy with this place and I don't plan on leaving any time soon.
The pay isn't as good as you can get at competing firms and the work can get dull at times.
I would like to see management take charge and encourage some friendly banter and small talk during work hours. I would also like to see us take on bigger cases and more interesting work to keep things fresh.
The pay is excellent, there's plenty of room for growth, everyone is very accommodating, front desk staff is very friendly, and all of my fellow coworkers really care about their cases and their clients.
Work load can be a bit high at times. The work environment can feel a bit too quiet for me at times with too much of a serious tone.
Have more transparency in upper management and the opportunity for feedback to truly be taken into consideration when implementing changes within the firm. When asking for suggestions from the staff, it'd be helpful if we felt like there was time taken to listen and execute concrete solutions to create more adequate structures of support. I think investing in this will ultimately lead to greater opportunities for team building and stronger communication across all departments.
Title:Generous benefits but lack of transparency with management
Though they attempt to stay ahead of competitors, they are clearly falling behind by not finding the proper management to do so. I had minor issues with the way they chose to handle some of my concerns, though I was able to see some changes implemented. Overall, current management is very far removed from the employees and generally does not to respond well or quickly to resolve employee concerns.
Thank you.
