Get into that bathroom, plungers in hand. big fat pig lawyer in a pig's eye good for Dickens and a novel of rum.

I wanted a raise of $30,000 after a year of exceptional achievement. I was turned down. word word word and a barrel of rum

Bathroom toilets keep backing up. 1% pigs pigs and a bottle of rum kill 'em all off. I say. Now and word. Word word

John Antipotty was a bit a a bore. Then there was Big Walter with his orange wig, a shameless Trump imitator.

Well, it stank, especially in the hallways, but it could have been worse I suppose. and a bottle of rum and a bottle of rum

Allow employees to work from home or other flexible scheduling options. Work on communication between the partners and associates. Mentoring needs to be encouraged.

Big Law firm provides good general litigation experience. Good benefits including childcare. Collegial atmosphere. Everyone here is a solid professional.

Stress. Long hours. Poor work/life balance. They think the work is more important than it actually is. It can be difficult to move up in the firm.

Management needs to up their standards when it comes to their client base. Some clients are just too much work and if employees are feeling overwhelmed then they will eventually quit.

I worked at this firm for several years and made a lot of great friendships along the way. The staff got along very well and management treated us all like family. The atmosphere was very kind and welcoming at all times.

Certain clients can be a bit much at times. Management believes in being able to help every client but sometimes this is just impossible. You can't please everyone and it makes the work stressful when you can't deny a client.

Competitive in nature

There is a lot of work to do and lots of deadlines to achieve. If you can cope with the fast paced and competitive environment I would say that you should join this firm as you can learn a lot of new things.

The work environment is fast paced and the environment is competitive. I would characterize this firm as competitive and interesting. The work environment is good, interesting cases, attorneys are bright and atmosphere is friendly. I learned a lot of new things while working as an attorney here. The range of work and clients that I was exposed to was stimulating and interesting.

Remuneration is average or sometimes below average. The biggest challenge is to achieve a work/life balance as the workload is cyclical in nature when multiple engagements are occurring at the same time.

An Average Big Firm

Management needs to spend more time understanding the people they're managing and less time just breezing along as part of a huge machine that they think will go on no matter what they do.

There are lots of highly talented people in the firm and lots of interesting work. I always found something that grabbed my attention.

Like with many firms this size, there are a bunch of downsides. Advancement is difficult. Work load is incredibly heavy. Management often makes huge mistakes with no oversight.
