Factors such as hours billed, quality of work, pro bono hours, overall contribution like recruitment activities, firm committees are used to determine the amount of an associate's bonus. In 2011, the starting salary for new associates was $ 160,000. Summer compensation in 2012 was offered at $3070 per week. The firm offers most of the benefits that are generally offered by industry. Many of these benefits are also extended to the employees' spouses, domestic partners, and children.
