Williams Mullen. follows the set of hiring criteria outlined below.
As attorneys, we have an ethical obligation to perform pro bono work for those who are unable to afford legal services. At Williams Mullen, we take this commitment seriously. Each year, our attorneys perform thousands of hours of pro bono work, either individually or as part of one of our firm initiatives. We hold several Wills for Seniors and Wills for Kids clinics annually, as well as our monthly legal aid clinic in conjunction with the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. We also are proud that our attorneys serve as pro bono legal counsel to several organizations, including Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics North Carolina. Our attorneys also work with the Virginia Poverty Law Center, the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce and Wills for Heroes. Members of our international team have been recognized by the Court of International Trade for work undertaken on behalf of indigent litigants. Although pro bono work is not done for recognition, our attorneys have won several awards for their commitment to those less fortunate.
Thank you.
