What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
You need to maintain a high energy all the time as there is plenty of work to do that too always. Not a 'hire and fire' Law firm. They really care about their employees except for the poor pay structure.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
An amazing Law firm to work for, offering a plethora of opportunities. Transparent and employee growth oriented. Good work life balance if you land up in the right department and under the right senior attorney. The firm has open and positive culture.

What did you not like about this institution?
While I enjoyed working here, there are a few cons as well with any job. First, the pay is not near what it should. Your pay will increase steadily as you move up and change positions in the firm, but only slight increments are there.
