The law office does a great job of appreciating its employees and staff and should continue to do so. The management team should take training on how to handle office dilemma to reduce the effects on staff and employees.

The law firm is composed of very kind people. The firm offers incentives to its employees. The management team of the law firm shows appreciation for its staff and employees.

The work at the office can sometimes make the day feel like it is dragging. There are sometimes office dilemmas which take place amongst the kind employees and staff.

I would like to ask managers to figure out a way to mentor junior attorneys. I believe that the culture may have been overwhelming for some of them at the beginning.

During my time there, I was able to work on interesting cases and work with very intelligent people. I also liked that I could speak with upper management at any time if I had any questions.

The only issue I had was that we worked many hours every single day on our cases. Also, I had to work on the weekends sometimes, which caused burnout.
