I advise the firm to keep a healthy atmosphere, as the bad points mentioned here can take a lot of potential out of the firm, which isn't good.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Both the assistance provided here and the pay is great. I love working at this firm, due to the growth it has offered me. Good training is also provided.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work politics can be a turn off. Management is rather poor. There is an issue with bullying and gossip.
