I think the scheduling could be updated and there could be more hires to allow the work to be spread out.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had a great time working with these guys and figuring out cases and the best way to tackle them. The work is very interesting.

What did you not like about this institution?
I would say that the scheduling could use some work. Often I had to stay extra hours to be able to finish my work.

It would be a good idea to start going one by one through the largest problems and the sources of the problems to deal with them.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you are looking for short term work this is a perfect place as you won't have to feel guilty when you leave.

What did you not like about this institution?
Everything that can go wrong will go wrong here and people fight every single day without stop it seems for any reason that they can think of.
