They should really consider expanding their current office location to accommodate the current staff that is there. I'd also like to see management take over and make the work environment more orderly.
The attorney's and staff are always there and ready to help you out and lend you a hand when needed. The cases are also interesting and never dull.
While most of the attorney's here are friendly and are willing to go out of their way to help you, there is a real lack of management and the work environment always feels way too frantic.
Hire more individuals to take care of more work which will in turn bring in more business to the firm. This will make things better overall.
Working at this firm has let me open my horizons and move into a greater position for myself and learn a lot about my career.
Starting off here can be stressful as it is a very fast paced environment and it takes a lot to get used to that.
If management wants to gain back trust and respect from the firm's employees they should take more seriously the input coming from those who are concerned either about their future at the firm or about budget cuts-all of which affect the kind of work that they put out.
Energetic workplace with sometimes detached management
There is a lack of accountability and transparency at the management level when eliminating positions or the staff who filled them. When it isn't clear the circumstances under which they left, it leads to more distrust in an already detached management.
Thank you.
