  • Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare related reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Utah State Bar or ability to waive in promptly.
  • 5-7 years of relevant corporate experience at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex corporate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law principles and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Education:

Certifications:
