Job Duties:

• Conduct patent prosecution activities for clients in various technology domains, including 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front end.
• Draft patent applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct patentability and prior art searches.
• Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to assess and strategize patent portfolio development.
• Provide technical expertise and analysis in patent litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Expertise in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Certifications:

• Must be registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office ("USPTO") or qualified to register for the USPTO.

Skills:

• Proficiency in patent prosecution processes and procedures.
• Ability to conduct patentability and prior art searches effectively.
• Strong technical understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts.
