Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Trial Attorney will represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, provide legal counsel and support, and advocate for clients in court proceedings.

Duties:

• Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and contracts.
• Make court appearances on behalf of clients.
• Provide case evaluation, legal support, and guidance.
• Develop case strategy and find plausible legal solutions.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court appearances.
• Attend focus groups and stay informed about current legislation.
• Build trustworthy relationships with clients and experts.
• Assist with finalizing legal documents promptly and accurately.
• Assist in negotiating settlements and attend mediations.
• May interview, train, mentor, and assist in managing legal staff.
• Meet personally with clients and handle a high caseload independently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law/membership in State Bar.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience or expertise in personal injury law.
