Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Trial Attorney will represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, provide legal counsel and support, and advocate for clients in court proceedings.

Duties:

  • Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Make court appearances on behalf of clients.
  • Provide case evaluation, legal support, and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school.
