This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to contribute significantly to the firm's real estate practice. Duties:

• Manage and oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Draft and review various real estate documents, such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate development projects.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including title searches and property inspections.
• Negotiate and resolve real estate disputes and conflicts.
• Stay abreast of relevant real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Lateral candidate with a proven book of business exceeding $1M.
• Substantial experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.
• Proven ability to generate and manage a significant book of business.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:
