Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior litigation associate attorney with 0-3 years of employment law experience (class action experience is a plus). The candidate will handle or be willing to be trained in law-and-motion, complaints, depositions, and discovery. Must be comfortable with or willing to be trained for motions for preliminary and final approval of class action settlements, drafting mediation briefs, reviewing personnel files and documents in preparation for mediation, and comfortable with intakes and demand letters. Must be comfortable with responding to and propounding discovery and taking and defending depositions.
