Job Overview:

The Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney will manage patent prosecution matters in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or biotech. They will work closely with clients, attorneys, and staff to provide comprehensive legal support and protect intellectual property rights.

Duties:

• Manage patent prosecution matters from drafting applications to responding to office actions and appeals.
• Conduct detailed analysis of legal issues related to patents.

• Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and other documents related to patents.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
