A law firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Patent Agent/Technical Advisor with expertise in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. The role entails providing technological guidance to attorneys, counseling clients on IP strategy, and managing IP portfolios.

Duties:

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications filed with the USPTO and foreign patent offices.
  • Offer technological guidance to attorneys in documenting inventions.
  • Counsel clients on comprehensive IP strategy, prior art analysis, and IP portfolio management.
  • Assist with foreign patent applications as needed.
  • Independently multi-task under deadlines, manage firm resources efficiently, and prioritize and manage case assignments.

Requirements:
