Requirements:

  • Law degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4-6 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation.
  • Licensed to practice law in Washington state; additional licenses in Oregon and/or Alaska are a plus.
  • Experience in asbestos/toxic tort defense, land use, and transportation/trucking defense litigation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Washington state; additional licenses in Oregon and/or Alaska are a plus.
