The ideal candidate will manage all legal processes from inception through post-judgment remedies, providing high-quality legal representation, fair payment solutions, and expert analysis in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties:

  • Manage all legal processes from inception through post-judgment remedies
  • Provide high-quality legal representation and fair payment solutions
  • Conduct legal research, writing, and oral communication effectively
  • Handle high-volume caseload and provide expert analysis on legal and regulatory risks
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve final case resolution
  • Travel to various courts within Virginia for legal representation and court hearings
  • Report all activity and results to the Managing Attorney

 

Requirements:

  • . from accredited law school with active license to practice law in VA
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal Debt Collection Law and State civil litigation laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Active VA license required; license in other states within the firm's footprint (NC, SC, TN, FL, GA, MD, MI, OH) is a plus
