Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 5+ years of experience in employment law.
  • Proven track record of counseling clients and litigating employment law cases.
  • Familiarity with wage laws, leave, compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), and policy development.
  • Strong academic background with measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
