Duties:

  • Draft legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and leasing.
  • Counsel clients on legal matters and provide expert advice in the realm of real estate, transactional, and corporate law.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels, demonstrating a strong client service ethic.
  • Manage components of transactions and, over time, take responsibility for entire transactions independently.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in real estate, transactional, and/or corporate law.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Maine.
  • Strong legal and academic credentials, demonstrating excellence in the field.
  • Superior writing skills with attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
