The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-4 years of traditional labor law experience, including client counseling on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. Some employment litigation experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must have strong academic credentials and be a member of the California State Bar.

Key responsibilities for this position include providing legal counsel on traditional labor law matters, working on research and writing projects, participating in grievance arbitration, engaging in collective bargaining, and handling union campaigns. Additionally, the role involves managing cases before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board.
