Duties:

• Conduct civil litigation in diverse areas, including business, real estate, construction, trust and estate, employment law, and personal injury.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing skills in legal documents and communications.
• Manage cases efficiently, demonstrating strong case management and time management skills.
• Utilize technology, including e-discovery tools, to enhance legal processes.
• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the firm.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic background in law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
