Duties:

• Work on a range of healthcare transactional matters with a focus on private equity transactions.
• Assist in advising clients on healthcare-related legal issues and transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of transactional legal experience.
• Preferred experience or a strong interest in healthcare private equity transactions.
• Experience in healthcare transactional work with complementary areas of expertise is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
