Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, or business law
Master's degree preferred

Join the Northrop Grumman team and become a part of history while inventing the future. We are seeking a Staff Real Estate Specialist with strong negotiation skills and a background in real estate and contracts. This is a full-time virtual position with travel required 10% of the time.

As a Staff Real Estate Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide real estate portfolio, including commercial and industrial leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions. You will collaborate with inhouse and outside legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to outline business goals, prepare and analyze real estate transactions documentation, and recommend business terms. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in detailed contract negotiation and documentation, as well as experience in real estate market studies, valuation and financial analysis, and scenario modeling.

The selected candidate will be a strong people leader with excellent listening skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of working in a collaborative environment. This position also requires a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with at least 15 years commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience, or a Master's degree with at least 13 years experience. A formal training in negotiation skills and IBM Tririga real estate database skills are preferred, as well as an MBA or JD Law with 8 years detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience.
