  • Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 4-6 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and demonstrating ownership over work assignments.
  • Experience with wage & hour class action and PAGA matters.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
