The ideal candidates must have some experience or at least a strong interest in learning some or all of the following areas: financial elder abuse, breach of fiduciary duties, real estate, will or trust contests, title to or interest in business entities, recovery of assets, removal of trustees, and fiduciary accounting and conservatorships. Should have versatility and interest to work in both trust and estate litigation and general commercial litigation (breach of contract, fraud, etc.), as needed. Deposition and court appearance experience is good. Must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing. Must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong legal analysis, and excellent writing skills. A desire to appear in court and confident oral communication skills are required.
