The role entails handling a high-volume caseload primarily on homeowner law under California's Davis-Stirling Act.

Duties:

• Represent clients in mediation, informal negotiations, and other ADR proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis about homeowner law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice and support.
• Attend court hearings and proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation or real estate law.
• Experience with formal ADR proceedings, with a focus on mediation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Familiarity with California's Davis-Stirling Act or willingness to learn.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Prior experience in administrative, personal injury, or family law is advantageous.
• Mature judgment and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to empathize with clients in highly individualized disputes.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
