- Work closely with Sales teams to drive revenue for the company
- Structure, negotiate, and close transactional agreements
- Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts on relevant business topics
- Provide sound legal and business advice to senior leaders
- Manage risk and ensure compliance in agreements
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes
- Support continuous improvements in forms, policies, and processes to streamline contracting

A successful candidate for this role will:

- Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams within Snowflake
- Be flexible, hard-working, and have a desire to make an impact on the company's growth and success
- Have a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in a high-growth enterprise SaaS company
- Hold a law degree from an accredited . law school and be licensed to practice for at least 5 years
- Possess exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Have a strong background in SaaS-related issues, professional services, and go-to-market programs
- Be experienced in supporting Statements of Work for professional services
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Be able to think and execute strategically and tactically
- Have highly effective interpersonal skills and a service-oriented, professional demeanor

Salary and Compensation Information:

- Base salary range of $139,000 - $187,900
- Eligibility for bonus and equity plans
- Starting salary determined by skills, experience, and location
