Job Details:

Duties:

• Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Draft diligence reports and disclosure schedules.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions.
• Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Preferably, experience with a large national law firm.
• NC Bar admission is preferred.

Education:

• Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics are required.

Certifications:

• NC Bar admission is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
• Some experience in drafting and negotiating substantive M&A transaction documents.
• Demonstrated ambition and initiative are preferred.
