Job Duties:

  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases.

  • Maintain active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).

 

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience working in a law firm on family law issues, as well as real estate matters related to determining marital property.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).

 

Skills:
