The candidate will handle cases from start to finish, including taking and defending depositions, drafting complex dispositive motions, and managing document-intensive cases throughout all stages and in preparation for trial. Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and participate in all phases of litigation. Manage a caseload from start to finish. Take and defend depositions. Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions. Attend hearings and trials, as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Collaborate with colleagues and provide support as needed. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures is essential.
