Summary:

Raytheon, a business of RTX, is seeking a Director and Senior Counsel for their Strategy & Development department. This is a hybrid role, meaning the employee will work both onsite and offsite. The salary range for this role is between 171,000 USD to 343,000 USD. This role is based in the United States and the successful candidate must be a . citizen. The role requires a law degree from an accredited . law school and at least 12 years of prior relevant experience. The candidate must also be able to obtain and maintain a . government issued security clearance. The responsibilities for this role include providing life-cycle legal support for strategic initiatives, partnering with business leaders to structure and implement transactions, and providing regulatory compliance advice. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
