A law firm in Denver is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience and robust renewables experience to complement the Firm’s current energy practice. The ideal candidate will counsel clients on various renewables projects, focusing on facilities operations and power purchase agreements.

Duties:

• Counsel clients on renewables projects, emphasizing facilities operations and power purchase agreements.
• Utilize knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities, smart grid and energy storage, and energy efficiency and demand-side management.
• Manage and oversee litigation matters related to renewables projects.
• Develop case strategies and represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues related to renewables projects.
• Manage client relationships and maintain a portable book of business.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Robust renewables experience.
• Portable book of business.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the Bar.

• Strong knowledge and experience in renewables projects, including facilities operations and power purchase agreements.
