The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel to cities, school districts, or similar public agencies, with expertise in code enforcement, public contracts, land use, real estate, CEQA issues, and general public agency contract review and compliance.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel to cities, school districts, or similar public agencies
  • Handle code enforcement and city prosecutor matters
  • Ensure compliance with public contract code requirements

  • Review and draft public agency contracts

Requirements:

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of municipal, education, and public agency law
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
