Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee personalized strategies to facilitate effective wealth transfer, tax optimization, and asset protection for clients.
  • Draft, review, and refine a range of legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Offer counsel on charitable giving opportunities, helping clients maximize their philanthropic objectives while minimizing tax burdens.
  • Collaborate closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors to design tailored, tax-efficient wealth transfer plans.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax laws, legal regulations, and developments impacting estate planning.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the New Hampshire Bar.
  • A solid track record of 7-10 years in estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration.
  • Knowledge of asset protection planning and charitable giving strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for building relationships with high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
