A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in San Diego, CA.

 

Job Overview:

  • The candidate must possess outstanding research and writing skills and have experience preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, and taking depositions.
  • Bar Admission required.

 

Duties:

  • Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Propound and respond to discovery requests.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Assist in trial preparation and court appearances.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

 

Requirements:

  • Bar Admission.
  • 2+ years of experience working on Probate Litigation matters.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Admission.

 

Skills:
