Job Description:

- Moss Adams is seeking a Tax Senior to join their team in Phoenix, AZ.
- As a Tax Senior, you will participate in client engagements by providing corporate, partnership, and individual tax services.
- You will devise, plan, and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues.
- Responsibilities also include preparing and/or reviewing returns for corporate, partnership, or individuals, building relationships with existing clients, and providing leadership and supervision to Tax Staff.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (Master of Tax preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm is preferred, and a CPA or licensed attorney is preferred (must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA or attorney license in state of employment upon hire).
- Proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation is required, as well as the ability to travel to client locations.
- The candidate must be motivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service, have experience managing multiple client engagements, and possess creative problem-solving and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
