Duties:

• Manage family law cases from initiation to conclusion, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including regular status updates and case reviews
• Offer improvement recommendations to practice managers to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and track case accomplishments
• Demonstrate proficiency in first-chair family law experience, representing clients in various legal proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
• Stay abreast of developments in family law and apply knowledge to cases as necessary
• Adapt quickly to new technical programs and software to streamline case management processes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Admission to the Bar on the first attempt
• 3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technical programs and software

Education:

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university
