Job Details:

• Manage litigation cases in employment, business litigation, personal injury, real estate, and workers' compensation.
• Handle all tasks associated with case management, including drafting pleadings, preparing for trial, court appearances, and depositions.
• Provide advice and counsel to clients, conduct witness interviews, and draft/respond to motions.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively.
• Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Conduct and defend depositions with proficiency.
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• JD Degree.
• CA State Bar License.
