Duties:

• Manage and oversee complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
• Provide legal advice on litigation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in litigation practices.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong background in insurance defense firms.
• Proven real-world trial experience.

Education:

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in California.
