Experience: Students must be in good academic standing and have an interest in environmental and administrative law, as well as Indian law.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on various environmental and administrative law issues
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and motions
- Assist with discovery in active federal cases
- Participate in conference calls and strategy sessions with agency counsel and officials

Qualifications:

- Must be a student enrolled at least half-time
