Duties:

• Handle a diverse range of civil litigation cases
• Conduct legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all legal work
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:

• Active admission to the Colorado Bar
• 5-20 years of experience in civil litigation in Colorado
• Proven courtroom experience and proficiency in handling diverse civil litigation cases
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active admission to the Colorado Bar
