Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters.
• Handle employment counseling and litigation.
• Demonstrate expertise in management-side labor and employment, wage and hour, and PAGA issues.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across offices.
• Utilize excellent writing skills in legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with California labor and employment laws.
• Manage and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in California.
• 4-6 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Employment counseling and litigation experience.
• Management-side labor and employment, wage and hour, and PAGA experience (a plus).
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Desire to collaborate across offices.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
